Professor Kenneth M. Goldstein of the Political Science Department at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, spoke on "Campaign Advertising, Political Speech and the McConnell Decision: Looking Back, Looking Forward." Prof. Goldstein's work was cited by the United State Supreme Court in support of its decision upholding most of the McCain-Feingold Act.
