The Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy serves as official law journal of the Federalist Society, and membership in the Society includes a subscription to the print edition of the Journal. The Journal is also available in pdf at its website.

In addition, Orin Kerr at The Volokh Conspiracy noted yesterdaythat the Journal "has already announced a Kindle edition, selling for 99 cents an issue." While not yet a seamless process, I have learned that Society members can arrange to substitute the Kindle edition for the print version.

UPDATE, 11:43: Dane (Madison's county) is nearly all in. I don't see how Kloppenburg can net more than about 3,000 with what's left of Dane. Waukesha is now shown as completely in, but the numbers didn't change, so I think something may have been misreported. I took the trouble to do a calculation and was going to predict that Prosser would net 40,000 more votes in Waukesha. What happened?
