"WEAC v. Walker, one of three contentious case challenging Governor Walker’s reforms to collective bargaining, is headed to oral argument in front of the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.
"The judge in the lower court issued a split decision back in March, upholding most of the reforms but striking down the annual recertification requirements and prohibitions on payroll deductions for union dues. ...
"...The parties’ attorneys will appear in front of a panel of 3 judges (who will not be known until the day of argument) to argue their cases on September 24th at 9:30 a.m. in Chicago."
