Wisconsin law curtailing collective bargaining upheld on appeal

Sean Ryan reports at The Business Journal.
'The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit on Friday upheld the law in its entirety, reversing a lower court’s decision to invalidate parts of the law.

'... The court upheld the law, called Act 10, and the reasoning for excluding public safety employees to avoid labor unrest that could harm the state.'
