Package of bills addresses judicial elections, ethics
"A package of six bills and two proposed Constitutional amendments would, among other things, set up a panel of Court of Appeals judges to hear ethics cases brought against Supreme Court justices. The package is a long shot for immediate passage, but promises to generate discussion about the difficult issues surrounding judicial elections and ethics in the next legislative session."
