Wisconsin Supreme Court accepts new case
The Wisconsin Court System announced the recently accepted case is: Kimble v. Land Concepts, Inc. (2011AP1514) review [Court of Appeals opinion] on " whether a jury's $1 million punitive damage award, which is 33 times the amount of the compensatory damages award, is sustainable."
