Justices raise concerns over State Bar bylaw

Eric Heisig reports at the Wisconsin Law Journal. His first sentence is not behind the paywall,
"Wisconsin Supreme Court justices appeared skeptical Tuesday about a State Bar bylaw that several said could potentially give the bar’s governing board broad power to remove a dissenter from office."
This was in today's hearing in State Bar Officers and Board of Governors (13-07) and State Bar Bylaw Amendment - Removal by Board of Governors (13-13).
