F.H. Buckley 'The Once and Future King' August 19, 2014

Professor F.H. Buckley will speak on 'The Once and Future King: The Rise of Crown Government in America' at a Noon luncheon Tuesday, August 19, 2014, at the Milwaukee Athletic Club, 758 North Broadway.

Mr. Buckley is a Foundation Professor at George Mason University School of Law, where he has taught since 1989. Before then, he was a visiting Olin Fellow at the University of Chicago Law School. He has also taught at McGill Law School in Montreal, the Sorbonne (Paris II), and Sciences Po in Paris. His most recent books are The American Illness (Yale 2013), Fair Governance (Oxford 2009), Just Exchange (Routledge 2005) and The Morality of Laughter (Michigan 2003). He is a senior editor of The American Spectator.

His The Once and Future King was published by Encounter Books in Spring 2014. Through the generosity of The Bradley Foundation, each attendee will receive a complimentary copy. Professor Buckley will be available after his talk to sign copies of his book.
