Federal Trade Commission, [135 S.Ct. 1101 (2015)] the Court ruled (6-3) that dentists on a board that regulates the practice of dentistry in North Carolina – the North Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners – were not immune from an antitrust lawsuit by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)."
