Prof. Elizabeth Warren at the Federalist Society

The now-U.S. Senator and presidential candidate was then a member of the faculty of the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She was on the "Socialization of Risk: Bankruptcy Law & Financial Institutions" panel September 13, 1991 at that year's Federalist Society Annual Lawyers Convention. Here is her presentation:
